Please note that if you are wanting to try on a specific dress or outfit, email us in advance so that we can confirm that it is available. We can't guarantee that your preferred dress or outfit is available for your try on appointment, as someone may be Renting the Look.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email.
When you arrive, continue driving up the driveway until you reach Explore & Develop, which has green banners displayed on the building. You’ll spot the Rent The Collection banner nearby- you’re welcome to park in the car park for your appointment.

To keep our collection in perfect condition for everyone, please avoid wearing makeup, fake tan, or any products that could transfer onto the garments during your appointment.
If a dress is damaged or stained during a try-on, the cost of cleaning or repairs will be charged to you. We appreciate your care so every customer can enjoy our pieces at their best.
