We offer Australia-wide express shipping for a flat fee of $30. This service includes:

• Fast, tracked delivery to your address anywhere in Australia, typically arriving Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• A pre-paid return label and clear return instructions included with your outfit.

Clients in rural or remote areas are encouraged to notify us at the time of booking, as extra delivery time may be necessary.

When returning, please attach the pre-paid label to the original packaging and drop the parcel off in person at an Australia Post counter by 12:00 PM on the agreed return date. Returns via street post boxes are not accepted.

Clients are required to collect their rented look and/or bag from 175 Lower Gibbes Street, Roseville within their collection time.

Please select a 30-minute pickup window within these times. If you need a different time, contact us at info@rentthecollection.com.au to discuss after-hours arrangements, which may require an alternative pickup location.

Returns must be made to 175 Lower Gibbes Street, Roseville, between opening hours on the agreed return date. Please notify us in advance of your preferred return time where possible.

All items provided with the hire- including the coat hanger and garment bag- must be returned. Replacement fees will apply for any missing packaging or accessories.
